Assistant Attorney for Plesner's IP Team

At Plesner, our IP team advises some of Denmark's leading businesses, international corporations and growth companies on complex legal matters and commercial solutions within intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyright and design rights, as well as marketing and consumer law and life sciences.

As an assistant attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on both advisory matters and disputes, including litigation. Our team's work includes:

• handling disputes and litigation, particularly within intellectual property, marketing and consumer law

• advising on life sciences, marketing and consumer law, including regulatory matters and compliance

• drafting complex IP agreements

• assisting with investigations and assessments of intellectual property, marketing and consumer law, and life sciences matters in connection with M&A transactions.

You will be given responsibility early on and work on complex mattersin close collaboration with experienced colleagues and partners.

We are looking for a recent law graduate or an assistant attorney with 1–2 years of experience. What matters most is your intellectual curiosity, commitment and motivation to develop your expertise within our practice areas.

You have a strong academic background, an analytical mindset and a thorough approach to your work. You enjoy tackling complex legal challenges, take initiative and are motivated by learning from and collaborating with highly skilled colleagues.

You communicate clearly and precisely in both Danish and English and are curious about how new technologies, including AI, can support and enhance your legal work.
