ICT Administrator / ICT Supervisor Stutterheim, Eastern Cape (On-site | Multi-site support) Full-time Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Administrator / ICT Supervisor to manage and support their full ICT environment across multiple operational sites. The role is responsible for infrastructure, networks, cloud services, internal applications, cybersecurity, user support, and ICT project delivery, ensuring high availability of production-critical systems within operational and manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Provide ICT support across multiple sites, including incident management and escalations Manage server infrastructure, VMware environments, and SAN storage Administer network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, WAN, Wi-Fi, failover) Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure Active Directory Oversee identity and access management, including onboarding and offboarding Manage backups (Veeam or similar), endpoint security, and disaster recovery processes Support internal applications (Node.js, Express, EJS) and SQL Server environments Deliver ICT projects, upgrades, system rollouts, and UAT Manage vendors, licensing, and ICT asset registers Supervise ICT team members and enforce ICT governance standards Requirements Minimum Requirements Experience Minimum 8+ years’ ICT / systems administration experience Proven ICT team leadership or supervisory experience Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory Experience in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments Linux experience advantageous Qualifications BSc in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field OR Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or equivalent) Advantageous Certifications AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals SC-900 Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals MTCNA MikroTik Certified Network Associate Key Competencies Strong leadership and accountability Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills High attention to detail and documentation discipline Ability to operate in high-availability, production-critical environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
