Trainee Supervisor About the Role Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on Trainee Supervisor to support daily production activities while developing their leadership and supervisory skills. Key Responsibilities Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE. Assist with glass cutting, packing and manufacturing activities. Supply and manage materials and tools. Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area. Assist with loading trucks when required. Learn to operate the overhead gantry safely. Process glass off-cuts. Monitor stock levels and participate in stock takes. Ensure machinery and equipment are kept in good working order. Develop leadership skills and take responsibility for daily production activities. Perform other reasonable duties as required. Requirements Requirements Basic knowledge of workplace safety. Good time management and organisational skills. Demonstrated leadership potential. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and comfortable with manual work. Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
