Responsibilities

→5-7 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting.
→Prior transaction experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector is highly preferred.
→Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; MBA or CFA is an advantage.
→Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
→Demonstrated experience managing due diligence processes and deal negotiations.
→Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and strategic information to senior leadership.
→Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional deal teams and manage multiple workstreams under time pressure.
→Solid grounding in M&A strategy, target search/screening, synergy assessment, and competitive benchmarking.
→Exposure to post-merger integration is a plus.
