Daily subs earn a competitive daily rate of pay and will be trained on the school's virtual learning platforms should they be used. Our faculty provide the lesson plans for the day. Work schedule is flexible in that you may work when it fits your schedule!
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree, professional references, and ability to pass a criminal background check. Classroom experience is a plus.
Substitute teacher candidates will display a continuous commitment to developing the attitudes, knowledge, and skills (intercultural competence) to engage in appropriate and effective communication with students, colleagues, and families from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We desire candidates who will contribute to the school's efforts to continue creating a more inclusive and equitable community where all individuals can develop a sense of belonging.
