Director, Accounting

• →Oversee internal accounting and reporting processes, collaborating regularly with the parent company to ensure alignment
• →Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Franchising to support performance and improve visibility
• →Oversee franchise accounting activities, ensuring processes and reporting appropriately support a growing and evolving franchise model
• →Support the franchise growth pipeline, including new store openings, by ensuring accounting processes scale effectively with expansion
• →Establish and drive process improvements, leveraging systems and technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• →Support and participate in systems implementations and enhancements, improving data integrity and reporting capabilities
• →Manage and develop team members, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities for two direct reports

• CPA, required
• Strong leadership experience in accounting, ideally within a multi-unit or franchise environment
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, close processes, and internal controls
• Experience participating in or supporting accounting systems implementations (e.g., ERP or reporting tools) preferred
• Background in public accounting (Big 4 or similar) strongly preferred
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed environment
• Experience working within or reporting into a parent company structure is a plus
