Sales Agents work indoors in a high-volume business environment at the Snowsport Desk in the Gateway Building and Sunrise Rentals. Sales Agents have high guest contact, requiring quality customer service skills, and must have the ability to work well with the public constantly, sometimes under stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

Interact with Guests in person and over the phone to assist in the sales and booking process.

Have the knowledge to book all SRS products in RTP and assign private lessons in Flaik.

Assist the Sales and Private Supervisor or Lead in assigning and adjusting private lesson assignments.

Overall customer service for SRS guests.
