Service Technician

• →Perform preventative and corrective maintenance when required, as well as diagnose and resolve any issues as needed
• →Ensure that all work adheres to contract scope and specifications, job site safety and security, and Power Design’s values, policies, and procedures
• →Provide superior customer service to develop and grow customer relationships
• →Provide weekly status updates on warranty calls, small projects, service work, service tickets, labor requirements, and material requirements
• →Work as an electrician on a designated jobsite when not answering service calls or performing maintenance
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Skilled electrician with at least five years of electrical service experience required, and ten years of related experience preferred
• Active Journeyman or Masters electrical license required
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite, (Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
• Ability to travel as required
