Architectural Associate (Revit Proficient)

·         Be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Pre-Design through Construction Administration

·         Assist in project coordination and the production of project documentation

·         Assist with survey and analysis of existing site conditions

·         Produce drawings with direction from the design team 

·         Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior members to produce deliverables accurately and on time

·         Prepare for and attend meetings with clients and consultants, record decisions, and issue notes

·         Assist in coordination efforts with other project professionals

·         Develop drawings and models through all phases from Pre-Design to Construction Administration

·         Develops clear drawings from a Revit model

·         Possesses the ability to build thoughtful, parametric model families in Revit

·         Communicate effectively in written and oral formats

·         Self-check own work and the work of other team members for completeness and accuracy

·         Bachelor or masters degree in architecture

·    At least 3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation

·         At least 3 years solid Revit experience

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, or other architectural and design software is a plus

·         Excellent analytical, time management, conceptual, communication and organizational skill

·         Experience working in a classical architecture firm is a plus

·         Basic knowledge and understanding of different rendering techniques and excellent graphic skills

·         Capable of instructing team members in Revit

·         Precise and personable verbal and written communication skills

·         Basic understanding of architectural design and construction principles

·         Must be able to commute to New York office 5 days per week
