Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports the independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates operating health centers across the U.S. Planned Parenthood Action Fund (Action Fund) is an independent, nonpartisan, not-for-profit membership organization formed as the advocacy and political arm of PPFA. The Action Fund engages in educational, advocacy, and electoral activity, including grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy, and voter education. 

PPFA and Action Fund seek an Assistant General Counsel, Contracts. This job reports to the Chief Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) in the Legal Division. OGC provides legal advice and related services in areas including legal compliance, risk management, litigation, and all aspects of business law. 

This position supports drafting of grants and contracts within the National Office and ensures compliance with procurement policies and processes, working with other departments, vendors and stakeholders, as necessary. The Assistant General Counsel, Contracts will provide top-notch legal support and organizational support to meet the needs of the various departments in the National Office, and serve as the two lead attorneys for the Grants Management and Procurement Teams.

The Assistant General Counsel, Contracts will engage with executive leadership and staff, and stakeholders across all levels of the National Office to build collaborative and effective partnerships.
