About the Role
~1 min readThe Graphic Design Team Manager leads a team of Graphic Designers working on Live Casino products, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, portfolio updates, and selected Game Show improvements. You will turn the creative direction set by the Head of Department into clear priorities, realistic timelines, and high-quality delivery. You will be the main point of contact between the design team, Project Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. This is a people and delivery management role—not a Senior Graphic Designer position. You will review creative work and guide designers, but hands-on design will represent only around 10–20% of your workload.
The company is actively adopting AI across all areas of work. A key part of this role is leading that change within the design team: integrating AI into everyday design production, raising the level and quality of the designers' work, and speeding up both design development and approvals, while keeping people, with all their strengths and areas for growth, at the centre of the process.

- →Improve workflows and resolve recurring process or delivery issues.

- →Define quality, brand-consistency, and usage guidelines for AI-generated content, including licensing and IP considerations.
- →Track and report the impact of AI adoption on delivery speed, quality, and team workload.
- →Continuously explore new AI tools and approaches, and propose how to apply them to Live Casino products.
