$17.87/hr., Full-time, Monday thru Friday with overtime required when necessary, including some weekends.

This is a hourly position with growth potential! You will be responsible for all activities associated with assisting to operate production machines. This includes setup, operation, clean-up, quality checks and recommending improvements to operations.

Responsibilities

→Will be responsible for assisting the operation the machinery at maximum capacity and speed. Work diligently to improve set up times and downtime daily. Identify and address mechanical concerns and report to supervisor.
→Work at a fast-pace set by the machine operator in order to adhere to production schedule.
→Continue to learn operation of the machine, downtime, setup times and quality of product.
→Assist with completing necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner
→In accordance with proper techniques, assist in the set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately.
→Monitor board quality for any defects and make adjustments when necessary.
→Willingness to move up the line of progression and cross-train on other machines.
→Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintain good housekeeping.
