What You'll Do

As a Production Team Member, you'll play a critical role in keeping our mill running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Performing quality inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products
• Assisting with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Conducting routine inspections and operational rounds throughout the facility
• Installing and maintaining paper machine clothing
• Supporting housekeeping efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Following all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Physical & Work Environment Expectations

This is an active, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be able to:

• Lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Climb stairs and ladders safely
• Remain on their feet for extended periods
• Move quickly and respond effectively in a dynamic production setting
• Work in hot industrial environments
• Maintain awareness of equipment, surroundings, and potential hazards
• Work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree
• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• Military service experience
• Mechanical or technical background
