Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required; Activity Certification preferred
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong passion for enhancing resident engagement and quality of life
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate group activities and events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher)
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and community events
