Warehouse Inventory Specialist Pay: $19 - $21/hr, Same Day Pay Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly Schedule: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday Location: 2080 S Industrial Road, Suite C, Salt Lake City, UT 84104   Who We AreAt ShipNetwork, we make shipping smarter. If you have a passion for leadership, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!   What You’ll Do Keep the inventory accurate and running smoothly Preform cycle counts to ensure everything is where it should be Replenishing stock items so the picking team can work quickly Optimize storage locations for maximum efficiency Manage yearly inventory counts and keep track of all warehouse supplies Operate various warehouse equipment like forklifts and dollies   What You Bring 2+ years of experience in warehouse or shipping 1+ years of leading a team, preferably in a warehouse setting High School diploma or equivalent Fluent in English, Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus Computer and mobile phone literacy Skills in problem solving, analytics, and team optimization Ability to clearly communicate with leadership and team members A focused, optimistic, and “can do” attitude   Additional Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Accrued Paid Time Off 6 Paid Holidays Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule with Same Day Pay Option   Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must be able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, and use full range of body motion
