Responsibilities

→Sort, inspect and pack metal parts efficiently and according to work instructions.
→Use visual inspection and basic measuring devices. Report discrepancies to the Lead person.
→Participate attentively in training to perform product, process, and safety training correctly.
→Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
→Accurately record time of jobs packed and workday on computer (will train).
→Absolutely reliable attendance at work.
→Compliance with policies, procedures and instructions, including Code of Conduct

Requirements

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Able to read, speak and write basic English; bilingual Spanish ideal.
Able to follow basic verbal and written instructions.
Able to count and measure accurately.
Work at a fast past efficiently.
Capable of standing bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Meet expectations starting at $17-$19 depending on shift (shift differential is 10% above base rate).
Promotion possibility, if desired and able, to learn and operate basic machines for career training and pay advancement.

4-day x 10-hour workday Mondays-Thursdays. Voluntary overtime on some Fridays and Saturdays.
