- Location: you’re excited to work either from one of our offices (Berlin Mitte, London, Cologne) or fully remote - whatever suits you best.
- Experience: you have at least 8 years of relevant experience and feel confident in your role.
- Mobile expertise and full-stack approach: you have hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile apps (iOS, Android, or cross-platform), understand the specific challenges of mobile development, and you want to build full-stack using agentic engineering.
- Startup mindset: you enjoy working in a growing team and dynamic environment – and ideally, you’ve already gained experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced setting and like building things from the ground up.

- Feature Development: You build new features for our Flutter app and our entire stack – using a modern, AI-driven development approach.
- Ownership: You work independently within a product team, take ownership and actively contribute your experience to technical development.
- Engineering Excellence: You help raise code quality within the team and set high standards for maintainability, structure and technical excellence.
- Review Culture: Through thorough code reviews, you ensure that our mobile codebase remains consistent, robust and of high quality.
- Product & Design Collaboration: You work closely with Product and Design, constructively challenge requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- App Performance: You continuously improve the performance, stability and reliability of our mobile application.
- Mobile Architecture: You actively shape architectural decisions in the mobile domain and contribute to a scalable technical vision.

- Flutter Expertise: You have strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter and develop high-performance, high-quality mobile applications.
- Architecture & Code Quality: SOLID principles, clean structures and sustainable code quality are second nature to you.
- Mobile UX: You understand how good mobile products work – from UI/UX principles to proven design patterns.
- Quality Mindset: You work in a test-driven and quality-oriented manner and are familiar with common testing methods in software development.
- Collaboration: You impress with a positive, proactive approach and actively contribute to strong team dynamics.
Nice to Have

- Platform expertise: Experience in native Android/iOS development is a strong plus.

- Product Analytics: You use tools such as Amplitude and Braze to understand user behaviour and specifically increase engagement.
