→Provide in-home, personalized coaching to help students strengthen executive functioning skills (organization, planning, time management, focus, etc.)
→Develop and implement customized strategies to meet each student’s unique needs and learning style
→Support students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals
→Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss progress and strategies for continued success
→Offer supplemental academic and enrichment support when needed
→Foster independence, confidence, and motivation in students

Requirements
A qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and meet at least one of the following criteria:

In good standing with the State Board of Education in Ohio.
Is a current student teacher pursuing a teaching certificate
Has two or more years of experience as a classroom teacher in a private or charter school
Has experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. university or college
Is a Master’s/PhD student with experience as a teaching assistant at an accredited U.S. university or college
