Prep Academy Tutors is a private tutoring company providing flexible and personalized tutoring programs to students. We specialize in all subject areas and support students from kindergarten through Grade 12.

We are committed to providing high-quality academic support and connecting students with knowledgeable, enthusiastic educators who are passionate about helping students succeed.

We are currently seeking K–12 tutors and teachers in the Guelph, Ontario area.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated educators who can provide one-on-one academic support to students across a variety of subjects and grade levels. Whether you specialize in math, science, English, French, or another subject area, we are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy helping students reach their academic goals.

Tutoring may take place in students' homes or other agreed-upon locations in the Guelph area.

As a tutor, you will work one-on-one with students to provide personalized instruction, support, and guidance based on their individual learning needs.

• →Provide individualized academic support to K–12 students based on your expertise and knowledge of the Ontario curriculum.
• →Help students develop a stronger understanding of course material and key concepts.
• →Provide supplemental assignments and practice activities to reinforce learning.
• →Provide remedial and enrichment support as needed.
• →Help students prepare for tests, assignments, and upcoming academic goals.
• →Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• →Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress when appropriate.
• →Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for teachers and tutors who meet the following criteria:

• Strong knowledge of the Ontario K–12 curriculum in one or more subject areas.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is an asset.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with students.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Enjoy working with students and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and organized.
• Access to reliable transportation is an asset for in-home tutoring opportunities.
