Floating to Endocrinology, Allergy, Nephrology, Pulmonology, and Infectious Disease

Responsibilities

→Room patients, perform and document vital signs and patient backgrounds.
→Coordinate provider schedules and appointments, enter orders and prepare patient charts.
→Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure or certification.
→Prepare patients and assist medical providers with in-office procedures and prepare and administer medications/immunizations.
→Maintain exams rooms and equipment to be within infection control standards. Ensure appropriate levels of medical supplies for each patient room.
→Work at multiple sites with variable shifts at the supervisor's direction to cover leaves of absence, PTO (Paid Time Off), or department demands.

Current clinical experience as a licensed practical nurse Preferred

Hears Whispers < 3 feet - Constantly
Hears Whispers 3-8 feet - Constantly

Color Discrimination - Constantly
Near Vision (Correctable to Jaeger 2 or 20/40 binocular) - Constantly
Distance Vision (Correctable to Snellen chart 20/40 binocular) - Constantly

CPR/Basic Life support for Healthcare Providers certification from approved program Upon Hire Required
