Responsibilities

→Assist with brainstorming and developing creative social media content ideas.
→Film short-form videos and other engaging content featuring attorneys, staff, and firm activities.
→Support the creation of content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
→Assist with basic video editing, content organization, and preparation for posting.
→Research social media trends, popular formats, and creative approaches to improve audience engagement.
→Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content that aligns with the firm's brand and messaging.
→Assist with behind-the-scenes filming and capturing content at the office or firm events as needed.
→Provide additional creative and administrative support to the Marketing team.

Qualifications

→Interest in social media marketing, digital content creation, communications, or a related field.
→Creative mindset with an enthusiasm for generating fresh content ideas.
→Familiarity with popular social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
→Comfortable filming videos and working with others to create engaging content.
→Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
→Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
→Basic video editing skills or familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications is a plus.
→Previous experience is not required; up to one year of relevant experience is welcome.
→Must be available to work in person at our Washington, DC office two days per week, approximately five hours per day.
