As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

• →Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• →Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
