Warehouse Associate - Wilmington

• →Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks (as required by location)
• →Pick, pack, stage, and load orders accurately and efficiently
• →Perform shipping and receiving activities, including verifying materials and documentation
• →Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• →Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns
• →Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas in accordance with safety standards
• →Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• →Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and operational goals
• →Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems strongly preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided where applicable)
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to safely climb ladders or platforms as required by the role
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as grasping, handling, and scanning
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and machinery
