→Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
→Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role within IT or software development projects.
→Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts, including software architecture, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
→Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, user story creation, and technical task breakdown.
→Experience using Jira or similar project management and issue-tracking tools.
→Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Software Developers, and Technical Team Leaders.
→Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
→Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments.
→Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in IT projects for public sector organizations.
Experience in healthcare IT systems or digital transformation projects within the healthcare sector.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Scrum Master, CBAP, or PMI-PBA.
Experience working on large-scale information systems involving multiple development teams and stakeholders.
