  Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market needs.

• 6+ years with a proven track record as a Product Manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization, ideally within the government contracting space.

• Strong familiarity with government contracting processes, especially RFPs.

• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools like Jira for product planning and execution.

• Demonstrated ability to work with AI technologies and collaborate with technical teams to drive innovation.

• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup environment.

• Knowledge of the latest trends in AI and machine learning, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.
