We are currently looking for CNC Machinist responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision instrument mouthpieces for in-house production. This role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and a commitment to quality. The machinist works closely with team members to ensure all parts meet stringent standards.

• →Set up CNC lathes and Milling machines, and other machine equipment to produce precision mouthpieces. 
• →Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to fabricate mouthpieces accurately. 
• →Utilize CAM programming (Mastercam) for CNC machines when necessary. 
• →Employ precision measuring instruments, such as bore gauges, micrometers and calipers, to verify dimensions of finished products. 
• →Maintain tooling and equipment in optimal working condition, performing routine maintenance as needed. 
• →Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. 

• Proven experience as a CNC lathe and Milling machinist with proficiency in setting up milling machines and lathes. 
• Familiarity with CNC operations setup and operations is mandatory. 
• Experience operating a Haas UMC-500SS (or similar high-speed 5-axis machining center) is required. Candidates should have experience with simultaneous 5-axis machining; experience with automated systems such as robotic loading systems and pallet pools is highly desirable.
• Experience with CAM programming (Mastercam) is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments including bore gauges and micrometer. 
• Knowledge of tooling techniques and materials used in machining processes. 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. 
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
