Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels to expand the customer base.
  • Engage with leads through calls and deliver compelling online product demonstrations.
  • Onboard new resellers and provide training and support to existing resellers to boost sales performance.
  • Identify and establish collaboration opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Develop innovative lead generation strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct online webinars showcasing product features and benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering timely product guidance, information, and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to suggest product improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and financial reports to track performance.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Negotiate and close deals, effectively addressing any customer objections or concerns.


Requirements:
    •    Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a sales executive or in a similar sales role.
    •    Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi.
    •    Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
    •    In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
    •    Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.

Educational Qualification:
    •    Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
    •    Candidates with commerce/accounting knowledge will be preferred.
    •    MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
