• →Ensure safety compliance for all repair technicians while on site.  
• →Resolve internal conflicts, present ideas clearly, and drive continuous improvement and innovation. 
• →Enforce safety protocols, training programs, and risk management strategies to create a culture of safety across all job sites within a branch.  

• Develop and mentor repair technicians, build individual growth for each team member. 
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth and employee engagement. 
• Assist the branch management in recruiting, on-boarding, and training new team members within a branch.
