Profound Research is building a community of recent graduates and entry-level professionals who have a foundation in clinical research and are ready to begin or continue building their careers in the field. This includes individuals who have gained clinical research experience through internships, academic programs, hands-on research experience, or completion of a clinical research fast-track program.

Support clinical research studies and participant visits under appropriate supervision.
Assist with participant flow, including greeting participants, rooming, and preparing for study visits.
Support data collection and clinical research documentation.
Assist with organizing study materials, supplies, and visit documentation.
Apply existing knowledge of clinical procedures such as vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and specimen processing, as appropriate to the role.
Support laboratory and specimen-related workflows.
Build upon an existing understanding of how clinical research protocols are implemented in a real-world research environment.
Apply and further develop knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Documentation Practices, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Interact with study participants and contribute to a positive, patient-centered experience.
Work alongside Clinical Research Coordinators, investigators, and other research professionals.
Gain additional experience with clinical research systems, documentation platforms, and study workflows.
Continue developing the skills and experience needed to grow within clinical research.
We're looking to connect with recent graduates and entry-level clinical research professionals who already have foundational clinical research knowledge, training, or experience and are interested in continuing to build a career in the field.
This talent community may be a good fit for individuals who have recently completed a degree program and gained clinical research experience through an internship, academic research, or another hands-on setting, as well as individuals who have successfully completed a clinical research fast-track or similar structured training program designed to prepare them for entry-level clinical research work.

Requirements
~1 min read- This role is performed on-site at a clinical or office facility and requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking throughout the work environment
- Requires the ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms and to read and interpret detailed materials
- Must be able to navigate a clinical facility, including areas with limited space, and transport supplies or work materials as needed
- May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with facility protocols
- Travel between company sites, meetings, or partner locations may be required
