About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a relationship-first professional to serve as our Regulatory Partnership Director. You will build trust with state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies to support the growth and expansion of Propelus This role is grounded in credibility; taking the time to understand stakeholder priorities and operational challenges, and integrating that insight into the CE Broker solution, and ultimately delivering measurable value.
This is a consultative partnership role, not a traditional high-volume sales position. Your work will focus on earning trust within government environments, navigate multi-year decision cycles with patience, and maintaining the discipline needed to move opportunities forward.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned state partners, guiding them on how to improve operational efficiency and strengthen compliance.

Full-time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. Part-time positions are scheduled to work a maximum of 30 hours per week. Equipment, benefits, and perks are not provided to part-time or temporary employees.
