IT Il nostro Cliente, holding internazionale di investimento & sviluppo immobiliare, sta ampliando rapidamente le proprie attività in Italia e ricerca un/una Procurement Specialist / Buyer ITA/2609/PSBU / Sede: Milano / Il Buyer entrerà a far parte della nuova Divisione Procurement italiana e supporterà operativamente gli acquisti relativi sia alle attività di Construction sia alla gestione degli immobili attraverso Property & Facility Management. La posizione sarà focalizzata sull'esecuzione quotidiana del processo di acquisto: ricerca fornitori, richieste di offerta, tender, comparazione delle offerte, negoziazioni, predisposizione degli ordini e dei contratti e monitoraggio delle forniture e dei servizi. Il Buyer riporterà al Procurement Manager (responsabile di reparto). Responsabilità: Gestire le attività operative di sourcing e procurement; Ricercare nuovi fornitori, contractor, subcontractor e service provider; Predisporre e inviare richieste di offerta e documentazione di gara; Raccogliere, organizzare e comparare offerte tecniche ed economiche; Supportare la gestione dei tender per lavori, materiali e servizi; Negoziare prezzi, condizioni commerciali e condizioni di fornitura; Supportare la preparazione di ordini, contratti e documentazione Procurement; Gestire le richieste di acquisto provenienti dai team Construction, Property Management e Facility Management; Collaborare con i Project Manager sui singoli package di lavori e servizi; Monitorare scadenze, ordini, consegne e avanzamento dei servizi acquistati; Aggiornare database, vendor list e documentazione relativa ai fornitori; Monitorare le performance dei fornitori e supportarne il processo di valutazione; Supportare il Procurement Manager nelle analisi di costo, benchmarking e iniziative di saving; Contribuire allo sviluppo di relazioni continuative con fornitori affidabili. Requisiti: Esperienza in un ruolo operativo di Buyer / Procurement / Purchasing, preferibilmente nel settore Construction, Real Estate o Built Environment; Esperienza con richieste di offerta, tender e comparazione commerciale delle offerte; Conoscenza dei processi di costruzione e/o dei servizi tecnici legati alla gestione immobiliare; Capacità di lavorare con fornitori, contractor e service provider; Capacità di predisporre e gestire documentazione di acquisto e contrattuale; Ottima padronanza di MS Office, in particolare Excel; Inglese almeno a livello professionale operativo. EN Our Client, international holding active in real estate investment & development, is rapidly expanding its operations in Italy and is seeking a Procurement Specialist / Buyer ITA/2609/PSBU / Milan-based / The Buyer will join the newly established Italian Procurement function and will provide operational purchasing support across both Construction activities and the ongoing management of the real estate portfolio through Property & Facility Management. The role will focus on the day-to-day execution of the procurement process, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, tendering, bid comparison, negotiations, preparation of purchase orders and contracts, and follow-up of purchased goods and services. The Buyer will report directly to the Procurement Manager, Head of the function. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day sourcing and procurement activities; Identify and source new suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and service providers; Prepare and issue RFQs and tender documentation; Collect, structure and compare technical and commercial bids; Support tender processes for construction works, materials and services; Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and supply conditions; Support the preparation of purchase orders, contracts and procurement documentation; Manage purchase requests from the Construction, Property Management and Facility Management teams; Work closely with Project Managers on individual work packages and service packages; Monitor deadlines, purchase orders, deliveries and the progress of contracted services; Maintain procurement databases, vendor lists and supplier documentation; Monitor supplier performance and support supplier evaluation processes; Support the Procurement Manager with cost analysis, benchmarking and cost-saving initiatives; Contribute to the development of long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and business partners. Requirements: Previous experience in an operational Buyer / Procurement / Purchasing role, preferably within Construction, Real Estate or the wider Built Environment; Experience with RFQs, tendering and commercial bid comparison; Understanding of construction processes and/or technical services related to property operations; Experience working with suppliers, contractors and service providers; Ability to prepare and manage procurement and contractual documentation; Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel; Professional working proficiency in English.
