Marketing Manager

Our Client is a prominent commercial real estate investment company managing a well-established shopping center in Gdańsk. The company is looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the marketing and PR strategy for this key retail location, ensuring its continued success and growth in a competitive market. Marketing Manager /Gdansk - based/ PL/2604/MAMA Main responsibilities (but not restricted to): Develop and execute the marketing and PR strategy for the shopping center Build and maintain relationships with tenants, agencies, media, and key stakeholders Lead event programming and content creation, from concept to execution Drive PR initiatives to position the center as a high-identity lifestyle destination Manage the marketing and PR budget and assess performance Work independently with minimal supervision Requirements: Experience in retail center marketing, retail networks, or event agencies Proven experience in managing PR campaigns and building media relationships Proficiency in social media and content marketing (hands-on, not just overseeing agencies) Demonstrated success organizing and executing events from A to Z A strong network in the retail or FMCG sectors (brands, creative agencies, local media) Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Strong capability to develop and execute a partnership program with tenants, even if not yet directly experienced in this area Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, SALESmanago) or CRM systems Graphic or video editing skills Fluent in Polish and English University degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field Client offers: An attractive salary and benefits package Flexible employment type Creative and friendly work environment Challenging role with opportunities for professional development If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply by sending your updated CV via the "I'm Interested" button.
