Due to our very dynamic growth in the DACH Region, we are currently looking for best candidates for the position of: EU Recruitment Advisor (with German language) Location: Warsaw / office based PL/2510/RAGL Key Responsibilities: Leading Recruitment Processes: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates. Business Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Clients and Candidates alike, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to better serve our clients and candidates. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates and meet client expectations. Winning Profiles: Create compelling candidate profiles and presentations for clients, showcasing the strengths and suitability of each candidate for the specific role, following our highest standards and using state-of-the-art tools. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic and supportive team, sharing insights and best practices to achieve collective success. Expected Professional Traits: Experience: At least 2 years of previous recruitment experience or professional experience in B2B sales-related positions. Business Development Skills: Proven skills in sourcing new clients and maintaining effective value-driven cooperation with existing business partners. Recruitment Skills: Ability to lead the full life cycle of the recruitment process and select effective candidates. Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is essential, and knowledge of another EU language, especially Dutch, Spanish, or Czech, is a big advantage.
