Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Researching qualified ticket sales, group sales, premium, and partnership leads.
- →Researching local businesses, schools, youth sports organizations, community groups, nonprofits, and prospective partners throughout Noblesville, Hamilton County, and Central Indiana.
- →Assisting with group ticket blocks, ticket plans, hospitality opportunities, and fan experience packages.
- →Completing data entry, lead tracking, and account updates utilizing Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.
- →Creating invoices, receipts, flyers, order forms, sales one-sheets, partnership recaps, and other sales support materials.
- →Assisting in the planning and execution of ticket sales events, group experiences, partnership activations, and community outreach initiatives.
- →Shadowing ticket sales and partnerships staff on phone calls, appointments, arena tours, game nights, and community events.
- →Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements

- Currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or grad student, or completed degree from in an accredited university
