Summary

The Manager will oversee the entire Audio-Video Editorial Team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with institutional goals, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign, and supervise AV projects, ensuring timely delivery and develop and implement strategies for enhancing video content quality and reach.

• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand content needs and maintain budgets for equipment, software, and production resources.

• Ensure compliance with copyright laws and institutional policies.

• Lead team meetings, delegate tasks, monitor project progress and provide training, skill development opportunities for team members, the project outcomes and team activities report to the institution's leadership.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Production, Mass Communication, or related fields. MBA or management qualifications are a plus.

• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in video production, team management, or content creation, preferably in the education sector.

• Leadership and project management skills.

• Strong understanding of video production workflows and tools.

• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to foster a creative and productive team environment.
