The Manager - Branding & Communication will lead efforts to enhance the institution's National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) perception and bolster overall brand visibility through targeted stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.


Responsibilities

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with academic peers, alumni, industry representatives, students, and regulatory bodies.

Engagement Programs: Organize alumni events, speaker series, and industry collaborations to strengthen the institution’s profile.

Perception Metrics & Reporting: Track NIRF perception scores, conduct surveys, and provide progress reports to leadership.


Digital & Social Media Strategy: Create and manage digital content across platforms to emphasize faculty research, alumni achievements, and industry partnerships. Engage with relevant influencers and educational media to reinforce the institution’s standing.

Event Branding & Coordination: Lead branding efforts for major academic and industry events, ensuring all event materials and communications reflect NIRF-oriented objectives and bolster institutional reputation.

Internal Communications Alignment: Provide essential updates and quarterly reports on branding and NIRF initiatives, fostering a unified approach across departments toward institutional goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- At least 5 years of experience in branding, communications, or stakeholder engagement within the education sector or a related field.

- Strong understanding of NIRF or other higher education ranking frameworks, along with experience in perception-building activities.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, content management systems, and social media analytics.

- Demonstrated ability to create and manage stakeholder engagement programs with measurable impact on institutional reputation.
