Strength & Conditioning Coach

Job Description:

1. Design and implement personalized strength and conditioning programs for athletes across various sports.
2. Conduct physical assessments to evaluate athletes’ fitness levels and track progress over time.
3. Educate athletes on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition for peak performance.
4. Monitor and adjust training programs based on athletes' progress, goals, and recovery needs.
5. Lead warm-up, strength training, agility, and conditioning sessions to enhance overall athletic performance.
6. Collaborate with medical and coaching staff to develop injury rehabilitation and recovery plans.
7. Foster a positive, motivating environment that promotes discipline, teamwork, and mental toughness.
8. Ensure safety standards are maintained during all physical training activities and facility use.
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest strength and conditioning trends, techniques, and sports science research.
10. Track, report individual, and team progress, providing regular feedback to athletes and coaching staff.

Education:

B Sc with specialization in Hockey/team games, strength and conditioning certification 

Additional certification of Australian or US Strength & Conditioning is an added advantage
