MSSP Security Development Specialist

The MSSP Security Development Specialist is responsible for developing and managing ICT and Managed Security Service products throughout the product lifecycle, from market analysis, product definition, business case and pricing, product development and launch, to performance monitoring and continuous improvement. The role works closely with technical, security operations, sales, presales, commercial teams, and technology partners to ensure products are technically feasible, commercially competitive, and aligned with customer and market needs.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration or a related field.
2. 1-3 years in Product Management, Product Development, ICT Solutions, Cybersecurity, or Presales
3. Experience in creating service offerings
4. Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions, terutama Network Security dan minimal exposure ke SOC/SIEM, EDR/XDR atau managed security services.
5. Experience working with technology vendors/partners.
6. Understanding of SOC operation dan security service delivery ( Good To have )
7. Strong business and commercial mindset
