• →Previous experience as a Therapy Assistant, ideally within an NHS setting
• →Experience working with patients in rehabilitation or therapy environments
• →Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and team members
• →Ability to follow instructions and contribute to patient care under supervision
• →A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care
• →Strong organizational and time-management skills
