Responsibilities
~1 min readYou will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of haematology and blood transfusion tests, including morphology analysis, in line with laboratory protocols. Your duties will include maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, interpreting complex test results, and keeping accurate records. You will also work closely with clinical teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Requirements
~1 min read- HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council)
- BSc in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in haematology and blood transfusion, including morphology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
