Band 6 Locum Community Stroke Physiotherapist - London

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join our NHS client’s team based in London. As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others that also have experience in stroke and Neuro. This is a full-time role and is available to start as soon as possible for an initial period of 3 months.

• →Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals with mental health conditions in community settings.
• →Delivering evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life for clients.
• →Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• →Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding their condition and treatment options.
• →Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with professional and organizational standards.

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• HCPC registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist in community settings.
• Neurology experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
