Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist you will perform comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. You will implement evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and enhance functional independence in daily activities. You will monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated and holistic care. You will educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Must have a relevant degree in Physiotherapy.
- Must have experience in neurological physiotherapy and community settings.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
