As a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist You will perform comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions to identify their rehabilitation needs and develop individualized treatment plans. You will implement evidence-based interventions to facilitate recovery and enhance functional independence in both clinic and community settings. You will monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. You will provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation strategies and self-management techniques. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

Must be a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Must hold a relevant degree or diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
Must have experience in neurological rehabilitation, preferably within a community or outpatient setting.
Must possess a full, valid driving license and have access to a car for business purposes.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
