Band 6 Locum Senior Physiotherapist - Medicine - Chesterfield

• →Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration
• →Essential: Experience in Acute Medicine and Elderly Care
• →Desirable: Experience in Acute Respiratory Medicine
• →Proven ability to assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy treatments in a hospital setting
• →Experience with discharge planning and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• →Excellent communication skills, both with patients and healthcare professionals
• →Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
• →Familiarity with SystmOne (preferred but not essential)

• IT and systems training (SystmOne)
• Local departmental induction and introduction to the team
• Induction to the ward and caseload supervision
• Ongoing support with discharge planning and patient management
