Pulse is proud to be exclusively partnered with a specialist school in South London to recruit an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly supportive educational environment, helping pupils achieve their full potential through specialist therapeutic intervention.
You will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management for children and young people with a range of physical, neurological, and developmental conditions. Working closely with teachers, support staff, families, and other healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' functional mobility, independence, and participation in school life.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
- →Develop and implement individualised treatment programmes.
- →Support pupils with mobility, posture, positioning, and equipment needs.
- →Deliver therapy sessions on a one-to-one and group basis.
- →Provide training and guidance to school staff and families.
- →Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- →Contribute to EHCP reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.
Requirements
~1 min read- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Previous experience working with children and young people.
- Experience within SEND, special schools, community paediatrics, or paediatric healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills.
