Responsibilities

Radiographers will be expected to assess image quality, manage patient care during procedures, and maintain accurate records. Band 8a candidates may also be involved in supervising junior staff, coordinating workflow, and contributing to service development initiatives. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.
Requirements
~1 min read- HCPC registration as a Radiographer
- Extensive experience in MRI scanning across a variety of clinical areas
- Proven ability to work with advanced MRI systems and protocols
- Strong understanding of MRI safety and patient care standards
- Experience in NHS or equivalent hospital settings
- For Band 8a: leadership experience and ability to supervise and support junior staff
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
