We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Band 7 Locum Obstetric Sonographer to join a leading healthcare facility in London. Responsibilities
~1 min readAs an Obstetric Sonographer, you will be responsible for conducting ultrasound scans on expectant mothers, ensuring accurate imaging and diagnosis while providing a reassuring and professional service. You will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care. Your duties will include performing routine and complex obstetric scans, maintaining high standards of clinical practice, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, and providing support and guidance to patients throughout the scanning process.
Requirements

- Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in obstetric ultrasound.
- Competency in performing anomaly, dating, growth, and viability scans.
- Strong knowledge of fetal development and obstetric ultrasound protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.
