Job Title: Specialist Podiatrist – High Risk / Diabetic Foot
Location: North London
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Hourly Rate: £32 - £35
Working Hours: 4 days per week, full-time hours considered

• →Manage an autonomous caseload of high-risk and diabetic foot patients, prioritising based on clinical need.
• →Deliver specialist podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• →Provide advanced interventions including wound care, offloading, and ABPI assessments.
• →Work collaboratively with diabetic specialist nurses, tissue viability teams, and wider multidisciplinary teams.
• →Deliver education and health promotion to patients and healthcare professionals.
• →Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and Trust standards.

• Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Hold a Degree in Podiatry.
• Have significant NHS experience, particularly within diabetic/high-risk foot care.
• Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge in neurovascular and gait assessment.
• Possess strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to manage complex caseloads.
• Have experience working within multidisciplinary teams and delivering patient education.
