- After 6 months, enjoy a 4-day working week
- Term-time plus 2 weeks (46.6 weeks per year)
- Leadership opportunities for 2 days per week when the Lead is at other sites
Responsibilities

- →Deliver psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions tailored to individual needs
- →Work collaboratively with education and care teams to embed trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware practices
- →Provide consultation, reflective practice, and training to staff
- →Advocate for the voice and wellbeing of the children and young people you support
- →Contribute to service development and evidence-based practice

- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Experience working with children and young people with neurodiverse or SEMH needs
- Ability to travel – full UK driving licence required

- Experience in education or care settings
