Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Band 8a Cath Lab Radiographer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services within the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for patients. This includes preparing and operating imaging equipment, assisting cardiologists during procedures, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to clinical protocols and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
~1 min read- HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
- Significant experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, including diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Demonstrable expertise in the use of Cath Lab imaging equipment.
- Strong understanding of radiation protection and safety standards.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic clinical environment.
